I like this location because there's a lot of tables compared to the other location in Shaw (U st). It's quiet and clean, and a great place to go to work/study for a few hours. I usually order ice coffees and Frappuccino's, the service is always on point.

An interesting group of employees.
Store not as tidy as most, restroom needed to be maintained & not much space sit & sip. Aside from a few spills on my jacket due to my lid not being securely attached to my Medicine Ball, I enjoyed my Tea...only highlight of my visit.
This location needs an upgrade of service, organization & restroom cleanliness, especially being right across the street from Whole Foods. -

Ever since mobile ordering at Starbucks became a feature on the app, this has been one of my go-to locations for ordering ahead. Their morning crew is fast and usually on point. I'm sure mistakes have happened so I wouldn't want to hype them up but I've been lucky with my orders.

As far as coffee and service, this is a Starbucks like you'd expect. I was impressed to see the barista knew the customer in front of me and asked him if he'd like his usual before he had a chance to order.
I do think the store needs a little attention on the cleaning side. It wasn't dirty, but it felt very untidy. I stopped in during a down period, and this store isn't a drive through, so I would think one staff member could be tasked to do a walk-through, tidy and restock when there's a lull in business. -

Came in for two coffees and it happened to be the day to get a free reusable red cup. I was very excited! Since we really needed coffee, we asked if we could buy a venti and still get the reusable cup, and we were told that we could, but it would be served in the grande cup - we couldn't even carry away the red one. :-/ We were also told we had to get a seasonal drink. Since the Pumpkin Spice was still available, we ordered two and paid.
Minutes later, Jose called us over to the bar and said we couldn't have the cups because we didn't order seasonal drinks. I know Pumpkin Spice isn't on the menu all year around, but he said we needed to switch the drink or give up the cup. Prime example of crappy customer service.
Though the coffee was tasty, I would find another location to visit next time.
